Sara keene is a writer, recipe developer and creative strategist living in new york. trained as a baker at smør in the east village before becoming an assistant editor at independent digital wine publication, the new wine review, her work revolves around craft, culture and community in world of food and wine. she is the founder of the substack, amuse-bouche, which explores these themes through personal essays, recipes, guides, curated wine lists and more. her expertise lies in creating a cohesive visual and written identity on behalf of early stage businesses and brands to help foster growth.
